Sincere Service
Everyone was sincere and willing to help. The process of refund took a bit longer but I could feel that everyone was genuinely interested in helping. I ended up paying over a hubdred dollars of international call somehow for a long wait on line (although I used international collect call number given), but I could let it pass because the service reps were sincere and willing to help.
