ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arranged to make accelerated payments to pay my plan off early. They took the advanced PAYMEMTS then delayed billing remaining PAYMEMTS so I couldn't accelerate payoff. Tried paying off via website but payoff selection button won't work. Downloaded app but app would not sync to web account and showed I had no account! Repeated online chat bot request for help keep referring me to options that repeatedly fail. Repeated chat requests for phone help lead to promises of contact with ever increasing wait times, which pass with no contact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once in their clutches you lose all control of your account.
