Account suspended mid-term and support stalled until expiration!
I purchased a Claude AI subscription from GamsGo. Halfway through my billing period, the account was completely suspended. I immediately contacted their customer support, but instead of providing a working replacement or a partial refund, they kept stalling. For two entire weeks, they gave me the same automated excuses: "please wait," "we have technical issues," and "soon." They deliberately dragged this out until my subscription duration fully expired. Once it expired, they simply told me the subscription is over, offering no actual resolution for the downtime I paid for. This is a terrible business practice and feels like a scam. I have saved all the chat logs and have already filed a formal chargeback dispute with my bank. Avoid this service if you want reliable accounts and honest customer support.
