Very disappointed with my experience. After completing my booking, I was surprised to find that I had to pay an additional fee just to select a seat. This extra charge was not made clear upfront and made the final cost much higher than expected. The booking process should be more transparent about optional and mandatory fees before payment. Unexpected add-on charges leave customers feeling misled. I hope SmartFares improves its pricing transparency so travelers know the true cost before booking.
