Customer service relations is absolutely a joke. On chatover a hour. They keep sending links to text.call backs are 24-48 hours. You have to send an email to request a call. I REFUSE to conduct any questions concerns through jumping through hoops. It's been 4 hours 6 different people. As a professional consumer advocate this is the worst I've seen ever. Good product but no customer friendly quality will be their undoing
