I called thinking I was going direct to Celebrity to cancel our upcoming cruise due to a health related issue. I actually ended up with Desmond who stated that he could help with a total refund even though it was only 30 days notice. I was very skeptical when he asked for $750 per person but agreed to pay but worried I may be being scammed. Desmond assured me that this company is legitimate and he and his team would do everything possible to acquire a full refund. We supplied a doctor's form stating we couldn't travel and within two weeks we had a full refund. Thank you Desmond and your team for helping us.
