One Time Conversion Turned into Unauthorized Subscription
I paid for a single conversion and realized later that they began charging me for a monthly subscription. There was no clear indication on their website that using their one time service would automatically convert to a subscription and I received no notification at all that they were doing this/only noticed when reviewing my credit card statement. Unlike other subscription services, there was no email billing notification each month. On further research, I found numerous complaints about this company regarding the same issue/deceptive practices . Do not recommend.
