Unsatisfactory handling of support ticket, useless AI functions
While the software PDFsimpli AI Image Editing was working fine and delivered fine results, since two days (i.e. since the company ran an update, as they confirmed), image editing is no longer usable: especially the Make HD tool no longer works as it did before. Their human chat support is fine, but could not really help and advised to contact support. I opened a ticket via E-Mail and got an answer which is absolutely not acceptable. I asked for a professional support, now. If I do not get it, I will cancel my expensive annual subscription, that is for sure. Bad service so far.
