Used Global Airport Parking in January 2026. Booked PrimePark LAX Premier SelfPark Garage 401 West Florence Avenue, Inglewood, California. Upon arrival, there was one shuttle working. Once we got our parking spot, spaces were limited, by the way. It is a very small lot. The shuttle left without us. The attendant said it would be back in like 20-30minutes. There was no way that would happen with traffic and how busy the airport was that night. We needed to be on that shuttle. We had to call an Uber! It is not .5 miles away from the airport. More like 3-4 miles. Once we returned from our trip, we called to be picked up. It took 45 min. There was one other passenger on the shuttle. We had two people in our party and 3 large bags. There was only room for the 3 passengers and not a lot of room for luggage. So if you have a large family think twice about ordering this service! The shuttle has 8 seats but it's very small! Also, I was charged again on my card a month later ($2.95 fee) for what?! Please don't use this company. It's not worth it. Do your research. I didn't and did not see the poor ratings. Don't be fooled! ****Update 03/05/2026: Thank you Global Airport Parking for replying to this review! You fixed the $2.95 charge and my car service fee. We really appreciate your diligence in rectifying our situation. For that I have updated my overall rating review for your service. However, I will still stand by my review on the PrimePark LAX Premier SelfPark Garage 401 West Florence Avenue, Inglewood, California. I would not recommend this location based on their shuttle service/shuttle buses, location, and distance from LAX. If you have lots of time (more than 3 hours), and don't mind waiting for long periods, then this is the place for you!
