Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience using uShip. I shipped a brand-new $32,000 trailer and the carrier took nearly 7 weeks to deliver it. During that time, the trailer was apparently used for other hauling jobs, resulting in significant damage, including a damaged aluminum floor, scratched walls, and excessive wear. The carrier required immediate payment upon delivery but has taken little responsibility for the repairs. I expected better oversight and accountability from a platform connecting customers with transport providers. Uship would not help give information of carrier for legal proceedings.
