Struggle bus
At the Irving location in Texas: We arrived on time to pickup our rental, but we had to wait an hour in order to receive our car. Then, the car they had for us had a crack across the entire windshield. They upcharge quite a bit of money for tolls. Staff was not unkind, but they were not friendly. One staff member was scrolling social media while checking someone out, the staff had us sign the paper before marking the damages on the car which did not feel professional, and even though we had uploaded all of our documents prior to arriving, we needed to show them all over again. The return process was simpler than the pickup, however the staff member was not communicative and never told us when our checkout was complete, she just walked away without saying anything. The shuttle drivers were very kind, safe drivers, and were extremely helpful. The shuttle process was easy to use.
