Sometimes S Happens; And They Corrected It.
The overall process was a satisfactory one. I did experience an issue with a FFL item that failed ATF Form 3 approval; delaying shipment. I did request that this FFL item be separated from my larger order as to not delay shipping. It took about a week of back and forth between my local FFL Dealer and Euro to resolve. I personally had to do most of the heavy lifting to uncover the issue. I still gave 5 stars because Euro always promptly responded to my inquires and thru this process I discovered that there was person new to the role of submitting Form 3’s. I never expect a new person to know everything a seasoned person would know. I appreciated that they admitted that they were learning this new role and I like to believe that my issue made the person stronger in their new role. Once the incorrect char/number on a serial number was corrected, ATF approved the Form 3; from that point things went like clockwork and met expectations. Overall the sales and sales processing teams were very helpful and had a vested interest in solving my issue.
