I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or courtesy toward customers. Their customer service was unacceptable, and they made the entire rental process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend renting a car from this place. You will likely waste your money, your time, and your patience. There are many other rental companies that value their customers and provide much better service. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere.
