Temporary Absence
I am temporarily absent as I have been going through some family issues that involve my daughter and her family.. requiring me to mow lawn; brush hog fields; handle yard work; feed pets; farm work...the bad news is I do not have time for exercise routines but good news I an very active and losing weight. I will be back when this family issue is resolved; likely in early fall. Thanks.
