ELEVATE ARE MF THIEVES
My parcel was stolen by my delivery driver (EVRI/HERMES) who literally sent a photo of him sitting in his car with my parcel outside of my home and did not deliver. I contacted elevate because under THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 the wig is their responsibility until delivered to me. Instead of helping me they said it’s my fault for not getting my parcel delivered to a locker and have ignored me since!
