My experience in the store with the representative was great he was 100% positive he was helpful he transferred as much over for me making it a lot easier. My only complaint and problem is I came back to boost Mobile because I thought the internet the quality of it had gotten better and I'm finding myself having some of the same issues I had before I left 6 years ago to go back to you at cellular which is when I'm at my RV site I'm not getting clear calls I'm not getting clear reception to go out to make phone calls it's stating that I'm not having Internet sometimes when I'm on the phone with people it's making noise and they going in and out where I can't get clear reception so I'm in between now if I'm going to stay with boost Mobile
