Very disappointing experience – not recommended
Hello, I purchased a three-month Shahid subscription, but the service worked for less than one month. I have contacted both the seller and your customer support several times, but I have not received a fair solution or respectful treatment. I paid for three months, so I expect either a working subscription for the remaining period or a refund for the service I did not receive.
