I do not like the fact that I can't see exactly the seats I am purchasing. VERY Frustrating. I want a chart like you usually get of theater tickets seats where you. In NY this is always the case and usually at Jones Hall. I hate this ticket service a great deal. It is all about making money for the organizers and not necessarily Jones Hall. Change your ticket purchasing process to include specific seats as I have done before with the theater.
