My order still has not been shipped
My order still has not been shipped. It has been almost one month, and every time I contact customer support, they assure me that it will be shipped within the next few days. This is completely unacceptable for a company that positions itself as an upper-mid-range brand. I have repeatedly requested a promotional code so that I could place the same order at the original purchase price, but I keep being told that this is impossible. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and shows absolutely no customer loyalty or consideration. This experience has completely discouraged me from ever purchasing from this company again.
