Terrible customer service, no responses
Have sent two emails to Customer support with no answers from either. Ordered a sterling silver necklace and received a gold. Just wanted them to simply answer a question and check my order. There is no phone number or chat. Terrible customer service. UPDATE The third attempt was a charm and I did FINALLY get a response from ML. They need a phone number attached to their customer support to get fast answers, which is all I needed.
