Bluevine bank lost our account!
Bluevine bank actually lost our account. I know that sounds odd, but they could not find it in their system no matter how much info I gave them. Furthermore, the SIGN-IN link on their web page doesn't work. It brings up an error page. When asked the supervisor why the link doesn't work, she actually said she can't continue helping me because they could not find my account, even though this is a public link leading to a public web page. Preposterous, I know.
