The representative I spoke with were both very professional, courteous and polite. Representative Sheriss (in Detroit) on Monday, June 22nd, was ewxtremely helpful. I had her on the phone for more than an hour while she talked me through taking the necessary photos and completed the application using my phone rather than my computer. I am not tech savvy when it come to taking and sending photos using my android. She was extremely helpful, courteous and really knows her job. I BIG shout out to Sheriss in Detroit!!!
