I had a confirmed prepaid reservation, the lot was full when I got there! There are no phone numbers available for assistance, the apologies from this company via email along with the need to prove I parked somewhere else in order to get a refund is ridiculous, obviously I had to park somewhere else!!!! What a horrible way to start vacation
