Unauthorized charge and terrible customer service
Very disappointing experience with Namecheap. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card, and when I contacted their customer support to request a refund, they refused to resolve the issue. What made the situation even worse was the poor customer service. Instead of properly investigating the unauthorized charge and helping me, they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. I expected much better from a company like Namecheap. Charging a customer without proper authorization and then refusing to provide a reasonable resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend being very careful with your payment methods and monitoring your card transactions if you use Namecheap.
