It is time to treat the customer right!
I believe it is wrong not to offer direct billing and payment for your purchases for 12 months same as cash. There is not a place today that you can't set up auto pay and it is taken right out of your account. It is obvious they are hoping you miss your payment by a few days so they can go back and charge you the entire interest that has been accueing on the account. I am very surprised others don't think the same way. You can pay your credit cards, car payments all by auto pay.
