I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this company and would strongly caution others before booking with them. I made and paid for a confirmed parking reservation for airport travel, expecting that a reservation actually meant a guaranteed parking space. When I arrived at the lot on the day of my flight, the onsite attendant told me the lot was completely full and that there was “nothing they could do.” I was simply told to request a refund. This left me stranded, with luggage, under major time pressure, and at serious risk of missing my flight. I had no choice but to scramble to find another parking location at the last minute, which cost me significantly more money, and then I had to pay for Uber transportation to and from the airport as well. What makes this even worse is that customer service’s only response was to refund the reservation for the service they failed to provide in the first place. They refused to offer any compensation for the additional parking costs, transportation expenses, or the extreme stress their failure caused. Instead, they sent scripted apologies and even offered me a small discount code for a future reservation—as if I would trust this company again after being left without parking despite having a confirmed booking. To make matters worse, I also discovered that my monthly subscription with them was increased from $2.95 to $3.95 without any prior notice, and despite requesting a refund of those unauthorized increased charges, that concern was also ignored. This company does not stand behind its reservations, does not take responsibility when its failures cost customers money, and does not provide meaningful customer service when problems occur. A reservation here clearly does not guarantee a spot, so travelers should think twice before relying on them for something as important as airport parking.
