Getting in touch with customer support is a pain
The website is very well executed, the filters are excellent, and the Find Similar feature works surprisingly well. However, getting in touch with customer support is a pain, it takes a long time to get a reply from them, and cancelling an order, even before shipment, is very difficult, they will try to talk you out of it. There should be an online chat/WhatsApp option to reach customer support.
