Scammed with additional costs
I wish I had read the warnings about overcharging. I signed up for an offer of £9.99 but then received a receipt to see they had taken £109.89 from my bank which I cannot afford. I contacted them immediately & received what appears to be their usual condescending reply - see below. They are scammers as far as I’m concerned & are making a fortune from add-ons you don’t request. As far as the actual sessions you receive, well I’ve listened to three - you have to listen to 6 in 30 days before you can be ‘considered’ for a refund. 🙄 Personally I find the voice irritating so not relaxing & the information given supposedly under hypnosis is nothing most people who have been trying to loose weight for years, don’t already know - eat healthy, no unhealthy snacks, cook your own food. Response to complaint of unrequested/additional charges. ‘The two additional charges of £49.95 each relate to the Personal Coach Program add-on, which appears to have been included with your order at checkout. I appreciate that these charges may have come as a surprise, and I'm sorry for the distress this has caused.’
