I am shocked that this company has so many good reviews...I ordered their TaiChi program not realizing that it was a phone app...I immediately told them that as a deaf person, their program would not work for me...they stated that I could download copies of the program by clicking on a bubble at their website...there was no bubble...after struggling for a couple of days to talk with someone, I realized there was only AI help...I did not see this stated anywhere, but they also automatically post recurring charges if you do not cancel via their submission terms...
