Once the order was processed, I received a tracking number and my order was delivered in a timely manner. I received the products that I ordered. They all fit so there were no concerns that time. In the past I have returned items that didn’t fit. It was an easy process and I either had a seamless exchange or my $$ was refunded. I have been ordering from LILYSILK for over 2 years.
