She listened. We had a horrible experience the previous evening with a booking agent that after we declined a $475 two night stay he said he could put us in a really nice place in Colo Springs. When we arrived it was a hotel across the stree t from a rescue center with rooms so bad another person who was victim to the same scam came back with his key and forfeited cosy of a nights stay. Our agent listened and only selected places with good cust reviews. 2 concerts in town so rooms were going fast but she prevailed and found us a room only slightly higher than we wanted to pay but we understand things were booking fast.Thank you
