Poor First Experience: Late Delivery, Missing Freebies, and Damaged Packaging
Advertised as “Order before 00:30 for next-day delivery.” I ordered on Monday, but it was delivered on Friday. The package should also have included freebies, specifically chicken seasoning, but these were not included. It is not that I particularly wanted them, but if they are listed in the order, the customer should receive them. Finally, the protein packaging burst inside the delivery box, so I had to spend time cleaning everything. Overall, this was not a great first experience with MyProtein.
