No return policy notice
I ordered a dress without fully reading the return policy. I would have ordered a larger size had I known I could not return the dress for another size. I was between the sizes listed on the website. I reached out to the company and they offered a 30% off coupon for another order, which I thought was a decent response to my situation. I re-ordered the dress, providing my measurements. It's unfortunate that they don't allow returns, but they do offer custom tailoring, which I am hoping works out this time.
