Generalist, C programmer, AI Annotator

I am writing this for constructive feedback rather than to bash the company. I have been invited to interview for 3 roles at Micro1. The first was for a generalist campaign. I was absolutely battered by their AI interviewer for 40 minutes on the intricacies of how the role operates and was eventually told I didn't get the role. At that point I had already been a reviewer for the exact same campaign with another vendor for 3+ months. The second role I applied for was a C Programming role. I was hammered by the AI interviewer on abstract concepts of the C programming language for 20 minutes and then was invited to complete a programming assessment. I got there, and the programming assessment was in javascript. The third role I applied for was an AI Annotator role. The AI interviewer asked my background (VLSI) and the first question it asked was "When an AI gives you an answer about CMOS scaling, what are the two red flags?". It talks to you like it's speaking to another AI. I've worked amongst founders of some of the most successful tech companies of the past 50 years and some of the best engineers and software developers out there. A lot of them live in their comfort zone and the thought of a client visit has them scurrying back to hide behind their terminal. I understand Micro1's goal of finding the top 1% of talent, but inviting people to a 20 minute interview and having a sub rate AI batter them with bizarre abstract questions at the speed of light, that ain't how you find those people. I have contracted out for other vendors and for just about every frontier AI lab out there, and the other contractors I speak to who have also tried to interview for Micro1 have the exact same opinion.
