She was very kind, respectful and extremely helpful. I've been going through a very hard time since I lost my son. My nephew is going to be at his Memorial to help me through it. Having help getting him and his wife a room on Labor Day weekend, took a little stress off me. Like I said, she was very kind and helpful. A definite asset to the Scarborough Inn.
