I have been taking it consistently as directed—1 -2 tablespoon every day—and I have been committed to using it regularly because I wanted to give the product a fair opportunity to work. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any of the benefits that were advertised. I have not seen any improvement in my hair, skin, or weight, which has been very discouraging given the investment I've made in your product.
