I have been trying since January to cancel my contract & I won't ever know if it's canceled until I see a debit from my bank account I'm very upset they have put my bank account in the negative over a charge I requested canceled. The agent who I dealt with was very rude. I'll NEVER do business with them & wouldn't ever recommend this service. You have to call multiple times to request this service be canceled. Very upsetting.
