EpicNPC

Got Scammed – Support Ignored Clear Proof and Blamed Me

I got scammed while trying to trade an account on June 12, 2025. I initially suggested using EpicNPC’s official middleman, but the person convinced me to use a so-called “trusted” middleman from Facebook instead – claiming he had done thousands of trades, charged lower fees, and even had a Facebook group with thousands of members backing his reputation. That Facebook middleman already had access to my game account. Then, he asked me to give him my Epic Games account too, claiming it was necessary because they had had “problems in the past” with other users not completing trades properly. When I asked if he would return my EpicNPC account later, he said yes. Based on that and the trust he had built up, I felt I had no choice but to continue and hand over my Epic account as part of the deal. Later, I realized the buyer and the middleman were working together – or were possibly the same person, running both sides of the scam. I provided EpicNPC with full chat logs and clear proof showing I had been manipulated. Still, their support refused to help. Even worse, they accused me of being involved in the scam, simply because I “voluntarily” handed over the account – completely ignoring the pressure and deception I faced. This was a completely unfair experience. If you don’t use their internal systems, EpicNPC offers no protection – even if the scam is obvious and documented. Use EpicNPC at your own risk. There's no real protection for victims – and even worse, they may blame you for getting scammed. PS reply to the answer below: I can't do that in the future, because EpicNPC supoort is not giving me back the account and is banned, suposedly because I'm a scammer while I'm the scammed. Ticket number 221937.
