The In-line order recheck…
The Onlinr order process didn’t allow me to recheck my order and make necessary changes. I wanted to add the install package along with Install service to my order.

Too many pop up windows is confusing
Too many pop up windows is confusing, I like to see all my information though out the order process on the SAME WINDOW! Tracking information should be fed back to me without having to click around and not see the WHOLE PICTURE. Your supposed Facebook discount doesn't go anywhere, no discount to be found or applied. I would like to be a return customer without log-ins and passwords and sign-up for more meaningless to me fluff.
