Domestika Scam
I'm one of the many people scammed by this website. On the 1st of August 2026 I've been charged without my consent of 322euros for a service I didn't buy. What I bought was a course on sale for 0,69cent a month ago. I didn't not sign up for anything else and they automatically signed me in for the PLUS trial. Unlike other services on trial I didn't receive any email reminding me of this upcoming payment and so the other day I just found the charge on my bank account. Speak with someone human from the customer service for a refund it's almost impossible. The bot answered with a precompiled email saying if the automatic renewal was not canceled before the end of the trial period, it was automatically converted into a paid annual plan. It's so frustrating being robbed this way. I'm considering legal actions against them.
