They have great customer service. I ordered the wrong size shoe and they gave me two options. I chose to mail the wrong size back and they started the process of sending the right size quick. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
They definitely have great games and pay out really quick so that’s nice. The reason I’m giving three stars is because they closed my account for a reason beyond my control the geo system on my phone not working correctly and putting me outside the state I was actually in. Customer service only responded with canned answers and that truly bothered me after using the site for almost 2 years I honestly think it was a computer glitch between my phone and their site. So definitely a great site however I think they could improve their response to customer service questions I felt like I was just a number so again great games but could definitely improve when customers have more complicated issues
