If I could do less than 1 star I would. The amount of time and money I’ve lost on this app over the years from the platform bugging & lagging, to payments being pulled out of my account without consent or active subscription regarding the payment. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS OR CONNECTION WITH BRANDCROWD & THE PLATFORMS PERFORMANCE NEVER SEEMED TO BE RESOLVED - SCAM. Extra Note : Fraudulent transactions - these guys take unauthorised payments & costs out of your account and fail to return the refund if spotted! Learnt the hard way.
