Website and email services down
After years of using Namecheap, this has been by far the worst experience we’ve had with any hosting provider. Our website and email have now been down for over a week, bringing business operations to a standstill. Support is painfully slow and there is no phone assistance. Nothing was resolved while we continued paying for services we couldn’t use. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. If your website and email are essential to your business, I would strongly recommend choosing a provider that actually supports its customers when things go wrong.
