HORRIBLE COMPANY - Please be careful
Everything was great until it wasn't! On July 9th, 2026 I tried logging into my account and I received and error message "Your account is locked. Please contact support for further instructions." I only just created my account in March 2026. I was fully verified and already had one redemption.. I logged into my account everyday from my personal device, collected my daily coins, and played some games. Never once did I ever violate any terms of service or conditions. I did start sending AMOE letters in March 2026 and should of been receiving credit to account any day! I sent a total of 350 letters from March to July which equals 1,400 in sweeps coins. So I reached out to customer support as instructed. After my third email I finally got a response back. I was told "they permanently closed my account because they reserve the right to refuse or close a User Account at our sole discretion". I did absolutely NOTHING WRONG! I replied back asking why and never received a response back. Please be very careful with this company, as they are very sneaky. I'm not they only person they did this to in pass few weeks. This is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!
