Great experience - Leon was the best.
I'm a regular with Canopy parking (8 trips totaling 54 days in the past 12 months) and we just had our best experience on our way home. All of our other trips have been just fine, but this time it was great because the new signage at the pickup spot at the terminal made it easy for everyone to figure out where to go and line up. Our drivers are always welcoming and and helpful which we appreciate as a family with small kids and a lot of large baggage (stroller and car seats.) This time around Leon was our driver and he was a step above the rest. He gave a warm welcome and was the kindest and most helpful driver we've encountered so I wanted to take the time to let you that after 16 shuttle rides in the past year, Leon was the best. Additional note: the lot has a few rough spots that could use some attention, but it won't stop us from coming back. Finally, the Regular discount is also why we choose Canopy over the others.
