Be Prepared to be Ripped Off
The order was screwed up from the start. I ordered only 2 chef knives. No gift box. I was charged for 3 transactions. Two for $70.26 and one for $53.27. Matsato delivered 2 chef knives. When I informed them of the error in billing, they only credited my credit card for one of the $70.26 charges and the $53.27 charge. They charged for gift boxes I did not order. The website is a farce. There is no way to modify and order on the site. The customer service personnel are inept at servicing issues. I would not recommend doing business with Matsato. Matsato still owes me $16.99 in over charges for the product delivered.
