Great staff
Great staff, great service, our flight was unable to land due to weather, but the staff were more than happy to offer to redo on a different date or full refund. I thought this was very generous, you can’t control Mother Nature so thought it was just unlucky on the day, didn’t expect to be offered to redo the experience
