online order of washer and dryer - missing dryer cord and paid for it 2 times
online order of washer and dryer, website recommended buying the additional dryer power cord and water hose, I added and paid for both. The washer and dryer and 1 hose were delivered but no dryer cord. I went to the store to pick up the missing cord and buy a 2nd water hose (website only recommended 1 so I thought it was a kit). The store made me buy the dryer cord again and told me to call to get the charges reimbursed. I called and spoke to someone but never saw a refund for the 2nd dryer cable that I paid for. It was not convenient to have to go to the store to pick up the dryer cord that was missed on the delivery but also to have to pay for it again was not the level of customer support I expected. Maybe I will get the call back regarding the credit some day......
