Refused entry despite having reservation but still charged!
I made a reservation to park on my last trip but when I got there, I was greeted by a large sign saying there was NO PARKING and the attendent said they were full. As Seinfeld famously said, "I don't think they understand how reservations work". To make matters worse, they charged me for the full amount and haven't responded to emails or phone calls to get a refund so I need to dispute the charges with my cc company. Their service has been getting worse in the last few years and after this, I am done parking at WallyPark and suggest others avoid as well. Shout out to SeaTac Park who was able to accommodate me at the last minute
