I parked there on June 6 and picked up…
I parked there on June 6 and picked up on June 24. I had made a reservation for uncovered parking. They charged me an additional $366 to exit stating I was in covered parking which was not the case. They wouldn't discuss this per the help line and I contacted the business by phone to discuss but they did not return my call. Am I incorrect to think they just don't care? It is possible I may have passed through a covered gate somewhere but at not time was I in covered parking even in transit. If this could happen to me it could happen to others and no I will not be using them again.
